I know firsthand how life’s hardest moments can become powerful catalysts for transformation.

After navigating heartbreak, cancer, and corporate burnout and the emotional aftermath that followed, I was forced to pause, rebuild, and rediscover who I truly was. Through that process, I reclaimed my power, embraced healing practices, reconnected with my intuition, and learned how to open my heart to life and love again.

Now, I help other women do the same. Sometimes life breaks us open so we can rebuild something better.

Through coaching, yoga, and nervous system focused practices, I offer compassionate guidance and practical tools to help you reconnect with your inner strength, find balance, and move forward with clarity and confidence.
